Brad is a professionally certified in occupational health and safety as well as a 4th class power engineer, member of the Canadian Society of Safety Engineering. Brad holds a BS in power engineering from Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.

Rowe joined Tiger-Sul in April of 2017 as Sales Manager for the US and Canada. He started his career in the turf and ornamental sector and has extensive experience in agribusiness managing various territories for more than 30 years. Rowe’s technical expertise, complemented with his years of experience in the agricultural industry, position him to lead Tiger-Sul’s growth.

Before joining Tiger-Sul, Rich was the Chief Financial Officer of Star Struck LLC. which is a privately equity owned distributor of batteries and jewelry supplies. Prior to that, Rich spent 18 years in positions of increased financial responsibility at Kodak/Polychrome Graphics.

Education – Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Mechanization. Masters Degree in Plant & Soil Science – University of Tennessee.
He coordinates soil fertility and crop nutrition research with various research organizations in United States of America and internationally. He leads seminars, publishes technical bulletins, and newsletters on applications of Sulphur Bentonite and micronutrients. His training and publications incorporate research results which demonstrate agronomic benefits of a complete plant nutrient management program that includes products offered by Tiger-Sul, Inc. His professional certifications include Certified Professional Agronomist, Certified Professional Soil Scientist, and Certified Crop Adviser. He has a diverse agronomy background that spans retail sales/consulting at farm gate to technical agronomist at regional, national, and international levels.

BJ has worked in marketing management for industrial distributors, advertising agencies, and ag-chem manufacturers over his 30 year career. He uses his national and global marketing experience from Control Solutions and the Stoller Group along with the knowledge and support of Tiger-Sul to build communication and branding strategies and actions that promote Tiger-Sul Products in the US, Canada, and around the globe.
